Our main aim is customer satisfaction, we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. We Guarantee that once payment is
confirmed that the painting will be dispatched to the purchaser and that
at all stages of your purchase you will be informed by E-mail of the
progress of your order.
That we have designed a site that easy to navigate and gives the best representation
possible of the paintings.
We are an Internet Gallery based in the UK committed to bringing
excellent Chinese art to art lovers and collectors from all over the
world.
To bring the best of Inland China's finest watercolour artists work to
you and make it available for you to purchase it from Europe.
To give you a large selection of original Chinese paintings
at affordable prices.

All our
watercolour paintings in the Main Galleries are
'One Off' originals by Chinese watercolour artists, stamped by the school of artists.
The Bargain Basement is not a Main Gallery and some of the paintings in
this Gallery are un-marked/stamped; they are however originals.
We
aim to give you a large selection of original Chinese paintings, building
an on line gallery to
one of the largest selections of Chinese paintings available on the Internet.
We have try our best to present you with the most accurate image of our
paintings in the On Line Galleries. The actual colour of the painting,
however, may vary from the pictures seen on your computer screen. Given
the restraints of screen resolutions and photographic reproduction,
colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
All the paintings are on rice paper, backed on 'silk brocade' sometimes the absorbency of the rice paper may results in
minor colour variations. Minor colour variations may be un-noticeable when viewed on your computer screen.
Colour variation however may be
noticeable when examined closely with the naked eye. The 'bleeding', 'rain drop' or other types of
colour variation are intended results by the
artist's. They are not a sign of mishandling, they are the Chinese artist's intended result on their artwork.
Our Galleries will be updated at regular intervals as new paintings
arrive and we aim to updated pages as soon as a purchase is confirmed.
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information supplied
by you will be kept on our records only - your details will not be
disclose to anyone under any circumstances.
Prices:
All prices in the Main Galleries
are shown are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges
except for SPECIAL OFFERS
which do not include delivery charges. Prices
in The Bargain Basement Gallery are shown in US $. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom (UK) it is the
responsibility of the purchaser to pay any taxes or duties due.
Purchase:
If you are ready to purchase at this/any time please complete the form below.
Giving the 'Reference Number' of the painting, and 'Purchase Price' in the "Comments section"
of the form below. On receipt of your details we will notify you of payment methods and
reserve the painting for you until your purchase is confirmed.
All orders placed on the site are on a first come first served basis.
Once
a painting is sold it will be available for viewing in the gallery
unless the purchaser specifies that they would like to have it removed
from the gallery. Sold pictures will be identified on the site as SOLD.
Delivery & Charges:
All prices are inclusive of postage packaging and delivery charges, absolutely 'no hidden
extras'. Any custom duties or taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All paintings are shipped to our customers rolled.
Paintings will be dispatch within 3 days from conformation of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our Guarantee:
We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the painting
you purchased we offer a 30 Days Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee.
Subject to the painting being returned to Silver Dragon Art in its original
packaging and condition within 30 days of the receipt date; you
must pay all your return costs. Return must be sent via a service that
requires a signature upon receipt. A refund will be sent as soon as it
has been confirmed that the painting is in its original condition.
Notification of returns must be confirmed by an E-mail from you to Silver Dragon Art.
Payment Method:
Before we launched the site we looked into the payment methods
available on the Internet, some of which allegedly are not as secure or
reliable as they appear. To give you the best value for your money and
the security of your banking details we opted for:-
Mail Order Payment by Cheque or Money Order payable to
Li Zhen Wu, or direct payment using PayPal (Buy Now). If you wish to purchase
using Mail Order Payment by Cheque or Money
Order at this point in time please
E-mail us giving the painting Reference Number and indicate your method of payment.
Alternatively you can fill in the form below and send
it to us at the address given below. Once you advise
us that payment is on the way we will put your selected painting on 'Hold'.
As soon as we confirm your payment has been cleared we will advise you that the painting has been dispatched
and indicate on the site that the painting has been sold.
